It's Christmas Time!

Its Christmas and admitedly we go a LOT overboard with the decorating. We love it :) Really looking forward to all the family being here, a new baby arriving at any moment and time to remember Jesus' birth.

We're taking a few days off of painting and furniture fixing to enjoy the season. So you to and all of your family "Merry Christmas!" .

Large Rustic Pine Coffee Table -SOLD

My aunt found this great coffee table for us at a yard sale and we've had it buried in the garage for months... I've been itching to get it done because I knew it would be a fantastic piece but we had so many pieces on top of it that it was getting lower and lower on our list. Then a few weeks ago we decided to shuffle things around to make more space and that was the opportunity I had been waiting for.

I LOVE this table. The green base and dark wood top are a perfect contrast and combination. Its a table that's meant to be
 in a cozy family room.

Table measures 28 inches deep x 52 inches wide x 17 inches high.

Grey/Blue Display Cabinet - SOLD

This is a cabinet we have not seen before. We lucked out and it was in really great shape when we picked it up and it needed very little to get it ready to paint. We chose a grey/blue milk paint that works great with the dark stain on the top. The interior was in excellent condition so we decided to leave it alone. The glass doors caused a bit of indecision for us.... leave the decorative grills in for a more vintage/retro look or take them out for a more modern look. The conclusion we came to was to leave the grills in and give the option to remove the grills. It really is a cool piece that would look great in a kitchen or dining room but it would also work in a hallway or even as a dresser.
